Mixed Use Development - Workspace - Hospitality

Role: Creative Direction & Concept Design

Concept design exploration for the complete repositioning of an existing 14-story mixed-use building, comprising a hospitality-driven lobby and cocktail bar, mezzanine restaurant, co-working environments, residential floors, and a dedicated wellness level with panoramic fitness and recovery spaces.

The project focused on establishing a cohesive architectural vision across a diverse program while developing a unified material palette, spatial language, and experiential narrative. Leveraging AI-assisted visualization workflows, the design process explored multiple iterations at speed while maintaining consistency in atmosphere, materiality, and design intent across all environments. The result demonstrates a new approach to creative direction—using emerging tools not as a generator of ideas, but as a means of rapidly testing and refining a singular design vision at building scale.
